THIS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY ("POLICY") OUTLINES HOW APPLOOM TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("TWORINGS," "WE," "US," OR "OUR") HANDLES CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR ONE-TIME SOFTWARE USAGE PURCHASES MADE THROUGH OUR MOBILE APPLICATION ("APP") OR WEBSITE ("SITE") (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE")."

1. Scope

This policy applies to all non-recurring, usage-based purchases (such as credits, tokens, access packs, or usage slabs) made to access or use our software features or modules.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled by the user. We encourage you to carefully review the plan or package before confirming your payment.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

  • Technical Error on Our Side: You were charged but did not receive the purchased software access due to a confirmed system error.
  • Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same package.
  • Non-Usage Claim: You made a purchase but never activated or used any part of the service, and you raise a request within 48 hours of purchase.
⚠️ Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind, partial usage, or dissatisfaction with software experience once usage begins.
4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@tworings.in with the subject “Refund Request - [Your Order ID]” and include the following:

  • Registered email address
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of duplicate charge (if applicable)

All valid refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe you have been wrongly charged, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your TwoRings account.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in legal or business practices. Changes will be effective upon posting on the App or Site.
