This policy applies to all non-recurring, usage-based purchases (such as credits, tokens, access packs, or usage slabs) made to access or use our software features or modules.
Once a purchase is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled by the user. We encourage you to carefully review the plan or package before confirming your payment.
